Register for Howlfest

Howlfest opens registration sooner than most cons do (9 months or more in advance; this is to help meet deposit schedules as hotel buyouts can get quite expensive!). Howlfest registration is processed via ConCat; press the button below. If you attend LVFC, you can use the same login information!

For our inaugural year, we have the following registration levels.

Registration Levels

Attendee ($85)

Basic level membership. You get:

  • Attendance to the con for the whole weekend!
  • A badge
  • A 21+ wristband*
  • A lanyard*

* While supplies last

In addition to all Attendee benefits, you get:

  • Sponsor ribbon
  • T-shirt
  • Earlier registration pickup
  • Sponsor Buffet, date/time TBD

Super Sponsor ($250)

In addition to all Sponsor benefits, you get:

  • Early access to dedicated room block (cutoff date TBD)
  • Super Sponsor ribbon
  • Sponsor buffet, date/time TBD

Additional Registration Levels

  • Silver State Sponsor ($1600): Limited to 50 for 2027. All the benefits of Super Sponsor, plus a prepaid room of your choice at Alexis Park (with exception of Majestic/2 Story 2 Bedroom suites). We will reach out to all Silver State Sponsors regarding their room preferences before we open up to all other levels.

Registration Policies

To register, you must agree to the Attendee Policies. Full registration policies are available on a separate page, but some of the extra important parts are:

  • You must be 21+ to register for Howlfest. No exceptions.
  • Registrations are fully refundable until the badge has been picked up or the con ends.
  • Unclaimed registrations indefinitely roll over unless donated.

How to Register

  1. Create account on the registration web site (“ConCat”). You will be required to verify your e-mail address.
  2. Once you are eligible to register, sign in on the registration web site.
  3. Fill out the registration form, selecting your desired registration level, badge name, and other details. The registration is not in your cart (and free from being taken by someone else) until these are all filled.
  4. Pay for your registration when able. Keep in mind that limited registrations (e.g. Silver State and Super Sponsor) will be periodically audited with unpaid registrations cancelled to open them for others.
